Hi,

please I have a problem with my BBM. I'm using Nokia Lumia 820. I don't get alerts for BBM messages. Unless I open the BBM, I don't see messages and when I do see them, they're like 24 hours late. Please what solution do you prefer?

Please I need help on how to access my memory card. I used the memory card on my nokia E72 before I sold it but I forgot to remove my password on the memory card. Since then I have not been able to access the memory card. It is invisible to all devices; computer, phones, etc. I will be glad to get help here.

That is the danger in passwording memory card, you could only unlock it with that the same phone(i.e if you encryt your memory card) or with a phone like it or with special softwares.
BEST ADVICE: get a new card

This is happening because you have onced flashed ur phone n by doing that, u have flash ur phone certificate.
Solution: you can only download from site that allow you to download JAR file directly instead of through a JAD.

Please assist me in upgrading my Lumia 720 to window 8.1 OS. I have been trying to use my mobile data to download it, but only that I should connect to WiFi in which I don't have access to. Or can't I download it with my mobile data? Pls help.
