I have made a download of File Zilla. After executing it, I mean installing it, I could not use it. I have gone back to the site to see if I have the wrong download but it was the right one. Can somebody give me a guide on using it? Thank you for the help grin

Thanks for your prompt response. I had read through the Tutorial and I discovered that the example of the software given on the page was different from what I have. Please see the screen shot of what I have as an attachment.

I think you should download and install "File Zilla client" and you most have a CPanel login information.
