Why Isco when we have Rafinha?

Exactly my thoughts too. Plus, Isco would ideally replace Iniesta and not Xavi. Isco has had more game time to his belt, hence the better all-round player than Rafinha. But, I feel it would be wasteful to buy Isco when we have someone who could give us just what Isco can offer, plus more even.
