It's nornal that the young ones are finding it hard to nail a permanent place. This is Barca for heck sake! Even Don Iniesta had a hard time securing a place and was even loaned out at a point. It's not easy abeg. My take would be, integrate the most valuables now, and loan out some others, while some more should be sold, but with buy-back clause.

Enrique really means business. The harsh reality now is that, we don't have what we need in La Masia. This time is not a good time to bank on it. As time goes on, we would see. And I do hope that it starts producing real gems once again.
