Why do Nigerians respects corrupt Individuals? It makes anyone struggling to make it the right way look like a fo[size=1pt].[/size]ol.

What can be done my people?

Because religion has polluted the whole of Nigeria and the emphases on prosperity/wealth by our religious leaders have brainwashed alot of our people into ignoring those who work hard to get their money and embracing those who made it quick through illegal means.

But I don't see Bankole and co as being very religious. More over I think its more of the society polluting religion can religion contaminating the people and society.

We met it that way

The worst is that when you steal little you will be humiliated on "Crime Fighter" programme on TV. But dare steal so much like 10, 20 - 100 Billion (donate to their campaign, etc) you will be grated a soft landing, a national award, VIP treatment and more.

When last did any pastor condemn any of his church member known to be a criminal or a politician on TV? we all know these pastors and churches but have you seen them scold these criminals before? rather they give them the pulpit to come give testimony of how they stole Nigeria dry and how they ran from the British police dressing like a woman.

Some even go as high as comparing themselves with Nelson Mandela.
