When is the appropriate time (if there's anything of such) to start spending for your fiance/fiancée?

Before marriage?

After marriage?

Before and after marriage or

Never?


Please i need some imput into this, sometimes i feel guilty for not doing much and sometimes i feel i am overstepping my boundaries.

Na, whenever i feel like is not an option jor haba lol, anyways i am trying to know what is best (from those already married), I gave reasons why 1 and 2 hasn't been cool with me because i have tried both, but not sure which is most suitable.
