Am into a very serious relatnship which i pray will end up in marriage. My friend happens to be a virgin and i tink i will classify myself as one too since i have not had sex for over twenty years now. We had promised each other sex only after our marriage. Now,our challenge is dat, she had an irregularity in her menstraul period last month, after wch we decided it is neccessary she sees a doctor. After seeing the doctor, he said she had some bacterial infection in the stomach and prescribed some antibiotic drugs for her. He also said the only way to reduce such infections later is for her to get married on time cos frequent sex will reduce such, shez just 23 now and about to graduate and am 28 though am working. Am really afraid cos i dnt want to break my vow. I intend to settle down in da next one or two yrs after her service. Pls your advice will go a long way to help us overcome dis situation especially on medical grounds.

Btw, What exactly is going to chase the bacteria away? The friction and heat applied to the wall of the v@gina during during sex (that has nothing to do with the stomach), or the semen ?

If it's latter, ask the doctor if she can use a didlo instead, if it's semen, ask him for alternatives ( water?)

And if he says there are no alternatives, then try blow-jobs---direct entry into the stomach--no hassle.

Fluid collection in the Pouch of Douglas, it could be chronic PID (Pelvic inflammatory disease). It's nothing that a very strong antibiotic taken ova a long period of time wnt cure. Except the Doctor is afraid she might end up with tubal blockage whch is a complication of PID.
