Really, it was a gud match. It was great 2 see d old guys back on d pitch. Peter Rufai was awesome!(Arsenal take note). Obinna got frustrated as Rufai kept up his reflexes to deny him on several occasion bt he cldn't stop Adebayor wen he came in. As 4 Peterside Idah, IK kept terrorizing him dat after he scored dat bomber of a goal, he refused 2 play again b4 IK blind him eye 4 am.

Then came in d magician and my, i remembered wat d current eagles still lack. Jay jay, Adebayor nd d king himself, Kanu started football madness that u cn only find d barca trio of Messi, Xavi nd Iniesta doing. It was beautifl! One touch football! Made me remember d times wdn i lukd 4ward 2 football artistry during Okocha's days. D guy stil has it in him. Those passes, thru ball, his vision, evrythng! No matter hw gud d players of 2day r, they cannot match d gud ol' days. If u'r stil in doubt, go nd watch d match Zidane playd 2 weeks ago. Real madrid old boys against bayern munich old players. Thats y evn though i barely saw Pele play football 4 long and saw a bit of Maradona, i stil find it difficult comparing Messi 2 dem.

I was so excited to see 'Gentle Giant' Uche Okechukwu, Okocha, Finidi, Headmaster Adepoju, Ben Iroha and the likes. I miss them jor. I was impressed at the out turn of Bonfere Jo amidst our African International stars that showed up, Kanu deserves it and more. I wish Kanu all the best.

It is not just PR, the guy is just himself ! Just like Donald Duke feeling his Saxophone despite been a Governor. Good for him, especially for not letting this POWER THINGY get to him.

Kanu is loved and respected by many, I cannot imagine people of this calibre turning out in honour of Yakubu or Mikel Obi (I doubt his generation of footballers will accord him that much, time will tell). It is one thing to be a great player and another to have a great personality like Kanu

i think it was 3-1 in favour of Eagles. IK scored 2, Kanu scored 1, i think. I'm nt too sure. Adebayor scored for friends of Kanu. Na Peter Rufai cause am. Dem 4 score pass 1.
