Actually,d day i saw it,i thought is only first choice,i later read it again and i notice dat is 4 both first and second choice.dis is ow they wrote it in their site:
you must have a minimum utme score of 160 and above and must chosen yabatech as either "first choice most prefered or first choice more prefered institution" to be qualified to write d examin.

everything still boils on first choice candidates which means anyone that chooses them second most or more preferred stand no chance.
