sorry man,for me i didn't insult him,i read on daily tribune today that the result was delayed because of last year 82,000 candidate who did not see their result,so they are trying to make sure it didn't repeat itself(witheld result).so the dispute or diffrences i had with him before was that he was surppose to post the link where he heard such rumour,what you need to know is that,its not all student who did malpractise actually did nt prepare,some did it in one or two subject and for diffrent reasons,either to speed up time or anxiety of writting it again or either for diffrent reasons,and some might even feel remorse for what they had done in the examination hall that day,and even pray 4 God to promote them so they could prove their might,ability or dexterity at the post ume.so try to be kind to give hope to those who need it cause jamb do not give or offer admission,only God does,so just leave them to test their might or rather prove their fate in post ume.peace,
