Well be specific about location, if its strategic hoard it, if its not look to put it to agro and processing factory use, which can generate 600k/year (minimum).

You could sell the land to a couple of people at the same time and use the money to buy another land and sell to a couple of other people at the same time and use the money to buy another land. I didn't say that lipsrsealed . It well depends on where the land is located. If you gave a little bit of information well, we could advice.

It all depends on the location of the land. If it is on a major road with a traffic then you can do a lot with about 1 million but if it is in the interior, then no idea at all.
