well www.blackhostafrica.com has Softaculous, they also have video script installers. I took a snaphort of my cpanel down here.

The $10 is the base price. People use a VPS for many things apart from webhosting. One could get that $10 VPS without any addons and use it as a rsync backup or a DNS cluster server.
