@Mr yonderguy....if this frequency you post exist on eutelsat at 7.3west as Mbc channel frequency .it will interfere with AD frequency on nilesat 201 which is 12092 V 27500...

In d north(kano,kaduna n jos), badr4/6 can only be tracked with 2.4M pan dish and above. Badr5 can b tracked with 60cm. Even bein sport Hd complete package on Nilesat cant b gotten on 2.4M though bein sport Hd 1 &2 are viewed here

There is no MBC on this frequency. I have pro sports on 1.2 meters but since MBC movies disappeared, the dish cannot get nilesat signals. Even 1.8m cannot track Nilesat or badr4 in south south Nigeria

Buy a usb modem or a dlink 125 wifi usb adapter rev a3 or b1.

d MBC bouquet b don do bye to us a long time ago. it was too good to last. d SA boys also can do all to secure dia interest. so, d solution is to fall back on d BUDs or get d technosat hd boxes dat open MBC package in badr 4/6 even wt as low as 65 to 90cm dishes.

Just insert sim, it will connect as long as it is not airtel blackberry plan, some glo sims or etisalat bb10 plan which are apn specific.
Dlink 125 usb adapter cost about N3000

You will see connected when you start the decoder. But on mine I prefer to create internet settings especially for glo network.
Goto IP settings and use the following setting depending on network

Glo:
apn=gloflat
user/pass=flat

Airtel including bb plan
Apn: internet.ng.airtel.com

Etisalat
Apn: Etisalat

Mtn
Apn: web.gprs.mtnnigeria.net

After you input these settings, restart your decoder and you will see on the screen "connected 3g modem"

check for current updates on badr..cos bein sports package has left 12341H27500 BADR/6 @ 26East!

d last time i captured those channels they were called ajs & not bs & d sat was AB7 @ 7 west using my 90cm dish. about 2 of them were free then. but based on the veracity of info presented by other forum members u'll have to exercise patience till bs resurfaces once more.
