i would really appreciate any assistance from anyone on how to hack my nokia E63, i have a cert and key already, but i don't know how to proceed. I have tried install signsis, but it keeps telling me expired certificate.

The easiest way: Since you already have your cert and key, download HelloX 2.3 and sin it with your c&k. Don't download any signed versions as they will not work on your phone. Install the signed app and your good to go. Contact me if you need more help.
