Yes, we do. We need a place where science people can exhibit their "science-ness". Programmers have theirs, why can't we have ours? [s]Politicians have theirs, why can't we have ours? [/s]

Am currently lobbying to see if the page will be given more exposure by being sent to the FrontPage.

A forum as large as Nairaland is certainly do need a Science Board.

Lol---If they don't understand the meaning of "Oui", at least they should understand the meaning  "NO" (which is also in french, but thank God it's more obvious than Oui).

If their choice is not a No, then it should be a Oui.

What if I had used Yoruba? Beni or Beko---hehehe

Yup,

Science section would be great, but since science is so diverse there are going to be a plethora of topics and it might become too confusing.

sounds like good idea. maybe seun will pick it up. Agathamari has appealed for a science board last year. she even posted topics from health and religion boards that can fit in there.

@OP: Indeed, it should! Science is everything, and everything is science; if science can't explain it, nothing else can. We need a purely scientific oriented thread where we can objectively discuss the irrationality of issues like a belief in religion, love, faith, e.t.c. It is long overdue.
