this is caused by a portion of bad water in your blood system. meet a pharmacist |

Most likely it's due to skin reaction to soap or water, avoid bathing with soap everyday ( you can use soap for your ampit and private parts due to Nigerian weather) and try applying E45 cream after bath. |
