I never heard that winners are being denied visa but u can ask a guy called Justwise; im sure he will give u any info u need, SHALOM!!!

Pls, how long does it take to receive the NL 2, Cos i've sent NL 1 since August 2011.

@ Dejie4live,
Send an email immediaely to the KCC email address and in it, quote ur full names, date of birth and Case Number. Ask them the dat for ur interview, and also let them know when u sent in ur first NL.
You will then later download ur interview details from the DV Lottery official website, when the KCC confirms ur interview date.

@ Feichi,
Many are denied the visa at the interview for presenting fake credentials, giving false information and also for "arrangee marriages".

You can check this site for further info on past and current winners. Many questions are answered in the forum.

The respond i got from d KCC was that i shld kp checking d visa bulletin for my region wt my CN. Many thnx 2u all. I pray we all realize our dreams hre. Amen.

I guess you will need to call KCC immediately on phone, and find out if you have been scheduled for an interview in February. Remember to have ur details at hand when you call.

@next to you, must i do traditional or white wedding before i can be granted visa? I already have court wedding,we have a baby and all other docs are intact.

@deji,tanx for the comment.what kind of supporting docs? i have the cert,pictures of the wedding etc. I also pix of my wifey and i together wen we were datin far back as 2006,pix we snapped together wen her sista was doing her wedding in 2008 etc

Deji,
the benefit is for you to become a citizen,traveling to US without stress or going tru visa applications. Your interview is easier compared to those applying directly provided all docs are valid and intact.Hope i have answered ur questions

I dont know much about the American int passport but i belive the greencard is equal to it. I have done everything oooo ,all my docs are ready,just looking for $2457 for the vise fees.Me and my wife still have an immunisation next month at Kamorass while my child will get his own tomorrow at a Public health center in my locality.

The green card will be sent to your residential address some weeks after you arrive in the States. I also guess that you will be able to process ur American citizenship/passport after 5years of stay in the country.

I should be more worried than you when it comes to getting job in US because am going with my family of which i must look for work withing weeks to feed them. But with my level of experience in telecoms, oil and gas and B.Eng in agric engineering. I think i will get a job even if its not good at the beginning.
Dont let job search worry you now. NO matter what,u will sure see one that would pay atleast $5 an hour.
Your concern now is passing the interview.
