This is just a simple attempt to indicate all the of ethnicites present on Nairaland. Kindly indicate your ethnicity by voting. I've tried my best to include as many groups as possible.

Yes Ogonis are in Rivers State. They are a riverine people like the Ijaw and their language/culture is influenced by Ijaw, Igbo and their other neighbors. I think their population is 500k-1 million.

A majority of them speak Igbo as a second language. But about Igbo coming from Ghana, thats not likely.
