BREAKING NEWS!!!

*Sweating profusely: adjusts atupa while wiping face.*

As a dedicated war-reporter who takes his job very seriously, I haven't showered in three days and I smell like a pile of cow-dung.  Insurgent violence almost caused me my dear life last night, why? I almost got my head blown off while riding with the NID's first infantry division, as they paraded the NIN-military base in Ajegunle, Lagos. A heavy gun-battle broke out when the NIDs were double-crossed as they approached 3rd-mainland-bridge on their way back to their camp-site.  That's when a bullet fired from the weapon of odaran Sule Gambari, a member of the NIN insurgency, struck my welder-made helmet, and knocked me right into the water.  Like hungry sharks,  5 members of the NIN-marine jumped after me and took me by canoe to an unknown location in Enugu.
When I woke up the next morning, I realized I was at a concentration camp.  I begged the  commanders not to kill me, citing that "I am an innocent reporter who means no harm."  The cooks fed me garri and suya; I thanked them for their kind gesture.

I arrived yesterday at the concentration camp, which is located in Enugu, Nigeria, where diaspora-returnees are being detained after getting kidnapped by NIN insurgents who refuse to surrender.
Once again, sanitation-minded Brigadial General Paw-Paw was present at the site, with 1 garawa of Dettol in his hand.
As he showered scores of hostages with the disinfectant, he was heard murmuring "damn NEPA has took light, these yankee animals reek of shit, I can't put up with this any longer, this war is unfair."
Commander Paw-Paw has decided he would be willing to pawn 20 NID Prisoners of War (NPOWs), if the NID-Coalition is willing to provide 24-hour power-generators that will help them power their computers at the local cyber-cafe.  "The government will not help us," he says,  "we can't win the war if PHCN doesn't bring light.  How can we fire our missiles if there's no power-supply to help us aim at our enemies."

let them build private windmills, the world is going green. The government is the people, all they need to do is change their attitude and PHCN will miraculously start performing efficiently.

@ aloib comot for here, serious issues of national interest are being discussed here.

@dechamp,

Please wake up! You are a NID, and have no business falling in love with the NIN called aloib. There is no faster way to lose your head in a 'war' than sleeping with the 'enemy'! undecided

I said all that in sarcasm, it is NINs usually with their heads buried in the sand who advocate that the citizens must "get up and do something" instead of waiting for government when in serious countries the government is held accountable to the people.
We don't need windmills, we need a more efficient PHCN. We must be the only nation on earth to suffer power outages despite having a large dam, huge gas reserves and uranium in commercial quantities.
