This is the procedure my buyers are willing to follow, to weed out all unserious people that do not have the product
Protocols:
You issue an ATB/NOR
All MOU, and documentation will be signed by all facilitators
You deposit the Proof of Product( POP) with your bank to be viewed by my buyers
We send our super cargo to your vessel, on our own cost(buyers), the supercargo will be on board while my buyers bankers will liase with sellers bankers to finalise the deal
The price we are ready to buy is @ 118+2 or 119+1 but not more than 120 for cost of product and facilitators commission
