The RFEF would like to thank Luis Enrique and his entire coaching staff at the helm of the absolute national team in recent years.

The sports management of the RFEF has transferred to the president a report in which it is determined that a new project should start for the Spanish Soccer Team, with the aim of continuing with the growth achieved in recent years thanks to the work carried out by Luis Enrique and their collaborators. Both the president, Luis Rubiales , and the sports director, José Francisco Molina , have transmitted the decision to the coach.

The Asturian coach managed to give a new impetus to the national team since his arrival, in 2018, through a profound renovation that has consolidated a generational change in the team and in Spanish football.

Luis Enrique qualified for two Final Four of the UEFA Nations League, of the three he played as coach; and he reached the semifinals of Euro 2020 with his own stamp and through a defined style. He opted for young talent and has sown hope for the future of the Spanish team.

The RFEF energetically wishes Luis Enrique and his team the best of luck in their future professional projects. The coach earns the love and admiration of his collaborators in the national team and of the entire Federation, which will always be his home.

He wanted to claim he's a genius and can do without the likes of De Gea, Ramos, Thiago Alcantara etc.

He doesn't know experience matters.

For instance, I travel to Canada and come back, shebi I have experience 1 or 2 things in Canada? I can share my experience and knowledge with people that haven't been there so they know how to prepare and what to do.


But Luis Enrique say he won carry young boys that haven't played World Cup before grin he thinks it's all about having a squad that majority of the players are teenagers and mostly under 24.

Next is Morocco, Portugal should beat them black and blue so that mumu player called Boufal that gave credit to Arab nations and snubbed Africa when he was interviewed. It's safe to say these northern Africa countries don't want to be called Africans.

You guys are the only African country left in the World Cup, Africans are proud you guys are still representing the continent but una choose not to give credit to Africa and instead gave credits to some other country and continent angry

Very commendable and allow new Technical Crew to show their own ideology.
But you Bleep up well by not teaching your lads how to play a penalty kick. But that is soccer for you

The Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) said a "new project" should start but did not put a time frame on when a new boss would be announced.

How I wish someone I know in Nigeria had resigned a long time before now, we would have given him a rowdy ovation for his bravery. But he is seat-tight and staying put till this tenure expires even though he and his cohort cabinet have run out of ideas. God will help us.
