The Nigerian Evidence Act has been amended to incorporate the admission of computer and electronic evidence. I wonder what took them so long to make this amendment but this is a great development all the same.

Maybe na me no sabi book, but is like the act did not recognize evidence on the computer itself only d output is recognized and reference was made only once about d need 4 an expert needed in inconsistent signatures-the need 4 forensic investigation is sparsely recognized--.and so on
