For me, I prepared fried yams with eggs for breakfast, Afang soup with garri for lunch and plantain porridge for dinner.

geewiizzzz shocked shocked shocked I had whole wheat bread with coffee this morning. Will prepare Editan soup this afternoon.

I don't know what the leaves are called in English but it is prepared the same way as afang soup, but this time, the waterleaf is used in smaller quantity than the editan leaf unlike afang soup where waterleaf is in more than or same quantity as afang.

@snazzydawn, omo do you measure out your garri or you just eyeball it. I wish i could make small portions like that. i always make too much and have to throw some out. what is your secret?

well omoge its just for pics, trust me. I stoppped eating garri long time ago. Not for nyanga, just cos I am on a strict diet. But well, a lil of it won't hurt once in a while. Now to your question, take a small portion, that's all.

thanks snazzydawn. yeah trying to lose close to 60 pounds so doing portion control and more healthy food, but that Oha soup you cooked loos really good.

Thanks!  Its not been easy some days I just want to grab a quick burger and fries instead of making something healthy.  Thanks for the website, I'm going to check it out now.
