[ROSOKOMOTA MOBILE BLOCK MOULDING MACHINE

   ROSOKOMOTA Block Moulding Machine (RBMM) is machine powered by an R180N  diesel engine of 6HP (horse power) which is used to produce vibrated blocks  such as 4 inches blocks, 6 inches blocks, 9 inches blocks, interlocking stones and fancy blocks.
   The RBMM is designed by our New Time Technologies Engineers to enable block producers to take full advantage of time, labour and quality efficiency. Thus maximizing output and profits.
   
WHY YOU SHOULD BUY AN RBMM

1. TIIME advantage: It produces 5 pieces of 6'', 4 pieces of 9'' and 24 pieces of interlocking stones simultaneously in a minute. It is possible to produce 3000 to 4000 blocks  and 24000 interlocking stones in  10 hrs .

2. LABOUR ADVANTAGE:  The RBMM requires an operator and an assistant to help push the RBMM which has tyres that allows it to be moved easily. It also requires the use of two workers to mix the cement sand and supply to the RBMM with wheel barrow. Hence minimum labour required is 4 workers.

3. QUALITY ADVANTAGE: An R175A 6 HP engine is used to vibrate d blocks, so that d blocks will have the required tensile strength. The blocks come out in equal sizes and with a fine finishing.

4. A multifarious machine. It can be used to produce different block products such as fancy blocks, vibrated interlocking stones etc

5. It can be used to produce Vibrated interlocking stones of different types and shapes.
