Real  h * a * k *rs or penetration experts (ethical) have more sophistications that when I tell you NO one is secure , I am sure of what I am saying. Just try to be careful and pray you do not fall victim. Antivirusse, firewals, IDS, your ssl password protections are all for theories. Just make friends with an exploiter/real Linux geeks/pentesters, then you would regret why IETF never envisaged security as a problem to internetworking of things.
