Check out http://afritecng.com I didcovered this 'gem' of a site when i was tryin gto find a decent ISp in PH. This site shocked me to my marrow. Worst part of it? They actualy have a 'Web Design' section on the website where they helpfully offer to design your site tailored to your needs. No Thanks! |

 The web development page still dey there. Well at least they stated that web development is like a puzzle, maybe they are still trying to solve the puzzle. |

I checked the site myself. They've not even designed a website and they are talking about developing one. Well I guess they're still learning and trying to find some clients they can experiment with. Hope you don't be a victim. |
