Cashew nut
Walnut
Banana
Carrot
cucumber
Will add more when I remember

avoid acidic fruits, pepper soup n excess ingredients(pepper) during two weeks wait
Eat more vegetables, protein,Titus fish (omega 3),fibre n less carbohydrate.

Pray like never before.

Merry Xmas in arrears mothers to be. I've been a silent follower and comment once in awhile and join the prayers. Just want to encourage all that God of the Eleventh hour is in the house. Finally saw a BFP for the first time in my life when I had lost hope. I had to do ART and God crowned my first trial with success. I'm still in shock but I believe God is in the house. 
We are no longer Trying to Conceive, rather it's our Time to Conceive.

Congratulations on your BFP, may you enjoy your pregnancy and have a safe delivery. Not to take you backwards but I please have a question. What was your DH FSH level (mine is 34). Also did DH make any lifestyle changes in order for the medication work. I would really appreciate if you could let me know. We are in the beginning stages of this journey.

P.s. To All this is a wonderful thread, its unfortunate that we are here but I love all the support and knowledge that is available.

Hi my dear. My wife and I's situation is not recent but happened 15 years ago and I still believe The Bridge Clinic's standards have stayed the same over the years. I would advise you to do research and explore but I would recommend The Bridge. I will keep you in my prayres. This really is a wonderful journey that you will embark on.

He always believed that the doctors were wrong.
And guess what.
He was right.

Her post starts with the moment right after doctors told
her she would never give birth:

Myles was wanted and loved so much long before he
was ever born.
(Jay) named him on our 2nd date.
"One day you gon have my son and Ima name him
Myles."
We were at Outback Steakhouse.
I was like, “How you figure Ima have your baby one day
though?”

We moved to NC and got a three-bedroom home and
the day we moved in he said this room will be my man
cave, and this one will be Myles room.
We used to argue about "Myles" long before he was
born.
It hurt to keep fantasizing about a child I'd never have.
It really bothered me that this fantasy child had a name.
(Jay’s) obsession with this "Myles" was bothersome to
me and I wanted him to shut up....
But he wouldn’t because he said, "Your science is dumb
because God says we can have a Myles and you don’t
even believe".
We had religious debates all the time and he was angry
with me because my faith wasn’t strong.
Even when I became pregnant all I talked about was
miscarriage.
I refused to get attached to this baby.
I was excited but everyday miscarriage was on my
mind..
And then still birth...
And I was so negative and he was just famous for the
one line, "God promised Myles".
(Jay’s) faith carried us all the way...and I say Myles
was made with SCIENCE and God and Jay says Myles
was made with LOVE and GOD.
All I know is NOV 7th 2010 (Jay) sat in front of me at
Outback Steakhouse and promised me one day Id have
a son named Myles...and he didn’t lie.
IDK (I don’t know) why I wrote this...
I was just watching Myles and Jay sleep and I started
to think about where we came from.

Thanks so much @ all for your words of encouragement. Dh and I ve visited our Dr (who was filled with so much regret and who also cnfmed the Dec. cycle success I was previously hinted about). We have decided to try again there and we were given a huge discount (paying 400k) I have started on pregnacare conception and trying to eat right.
I pray that every heart desiring a little one on this thread ll be gladdened soon,with kids that will not only be blessings to our various families but also to their generation,ameen.
