A friend of mine tried making payments on the immigration website for visa fees, he was mistakenly debited twice for just one transaction and now need a refund or a reverse transaction to his credit card.

The payment portal is powered by Pay4me, all effort to contact them via the information extracted from their website https://www.pay4me.com/page/contactUs proved abortive because the telephone lines are not working and no response to the emails we sent to them.

They should update their website, give it to professionals not quacks and put working phone numbers for good customer service...One area where most companies are lacking in Nigeria.
