I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE SHOULD PAY TAX IN NIGERIA. YOU HUSTLE WITHOUT SUPPORT FROM GOVT TO RAISE SOME CAPITAL. YOU RENT A SHOP WITH UR MONEY. BUY THE PRODUCTS YOU SELL. PAY FOR THE BUSINESS PREMISES TO THE STATE GOVT. BUY GENERATOR, BUY FUEL PUT IN THE SHOP. SOMETIMES ARMED ROBBERS COME TO THE SHOP AND ROB YOU OF MONEY AND ITEM AND THE POLICE CANT INVESTIGATE TO GET IT BACK. AT THE END OF THE DAY THE GOVT IS JUST SITTING THERE WAITING FOR A SHARE OF YOUR SWEAT. DOES IT MAKE SENSE? |
