Rice all the way, We eat rice 5times a week in my house, The remaining 2days, We still eat rice at our various places of work or any other designated area, Rice 7times a week. Garri once in 2months, Bread once a week

If you don't soak and drink, you consume it in the form of eba.

I think its garri that is the most consumed of the lot.

This is a very hard question, considering the size of our sample space which is NIGERIA. Well, if we are to take statistics, I'm very sure that the frequency at which Nigerian take each food won't differ much from eachother. But breaking it down, I'm a student community, it's garri; less developed nd privileged areas, bread; others, rice.
