he should get a calabar girl who can cook good food for him. he coult try wateon (a preparation) and get on multivitamins to get his appetite energized. but he can only get muscles from the gym

Yeah telling a skinny guy to go eat is offensive to me! Cos I freaking eat alot but it aint showing no-where. Spent bunch of thousands of dollars just to get this weight....pam not working, ate french fries, burger and chesse to d extent that I got lactose-intolerant, cant touch milk products anymore now.

How about paying some visits to the Nuritionist?...oo yeah been there dont that. I miss all them african delicacies, my mama always make it on point but still?....its about how ur body metabolism works, not actually about the intake of meals.

When u tell a skinny guy to go to the gym,what exactly is he going to work out? his fitness will only improve and plus his metabolism will increase.

I will suggest eating about 6 times in a day!!! Yup 6 times at regular intervals no just anytime

after breakfast (skipping breakfast is not really good),

eat before lunch around 12 like sandwich with yogurht x2--(chill for a bit before u rush off to do sometime else)

then good lunch Rice n beans, da usual pounded yam n lots of beef ,plenty water_---relax like 20mins

before your dinner try eat something not too light not too heavy

the your dinner medium



eat 6 times a day at regular intervals for like 2weeks then start gyming

but don't forget you'll have to get fat first before working the pure muscle

so whats the definition of been skinny? you know there are some peeps, perhaps becoz of their body makeup, regardless of gym/no gym, food/no food those muscles wont show up to an extent to hide their skinniness?

a friend of mine is exactly like that and regardless of what he has done, hes not just going fat/a little-bitty chubby. No, nothing.

what can he do?

Pump some weights,use some high carbs and protein supplements,make sure he sleeps by 12midnite latest cos the body grows btw 12pm and 2am.Most important,dnt skip ur breakfast.Try that for 2mnths and holla back.Speaking frm personal experience.
