Why am i irked?  

Although I've had my self righteous "pro feminism" rants on here  
in reference to 'men's use only being for sp3rm donations'  
(which is true but also something i say to get a few laughs) i have to admit,
wanting a man so much that you'd wait before having a child. then when you are 40
and there is no man, so late in the game you result to artificial conception,
is senseless and defeated the whole purpose of your waiting.

You waited because you thought you'd find a good man, have a child for him,
and you two could raise the child together. But after waiting for 20 years you decide to
get pregger by way of sp3rm donor? ridiculous. the biological clock is ALWAYS ticking,
and hun it don't always pertain to child birth, but LIFE ITSELF. As in old age and death.
You are 40 by the time your child is a preteen you are approaching your 60s and you want
to risk raising a 'confused about life monster'   by yourself as a senior citizen?!

but lets take it back 5 or 10 years,
when you get the child and you fulfill that need to be a woman by carrying for 9 months  
what will you tell the baby when he or she asks you about da-da?  

what are you gonna say? "oh mommy waited for the right man but she didn't get the right man
so she went to the doctor's office and screened potential matches so she could have you and that way
she won't be lonely!"

I do not like any of the option , what about prince charming aka Mr right strolls in to Tiffany gets that platinum ring you have always wanted and ask you to get married to him , prostrates  50 times on wedding day just to ask for your beautiful hand in marriage.

It falls under the "continue waiting " option. Very hard to catch prince charming after 40 tho. It will be a miracle.

That is incorrect people are marrying and remarrying all the time, some people meet thier soulmates at different stages of their lives.

I know some people who have just fallen hopelessly in love and they are in their 70s , who will think a 70 plus babe still gets toasted but it happens all the time, age 40 is a baby sef , everything depends on ones state of mind some people clock 40 and the just wait for death to happen

whenever she feels she can take care of kids, and whenever she believes that she doesn't need a man, i think its more advisable to procreate then! For me, it's better than dying alone  
True, my friends landlady is 78yrs. She Just went on her honeymoon with her same age sweetheart. Plus , the woman is disabled ( Not dissing disabled people, just trying to make a point here)

Ladies, if you wait till 40 and not yet married and there is still no man in the picture and all your eggs are frying due to age. Will you go ahead and have a baby as a single mom or harvest and freeze some of your eggs while you continue to wait or just do nothing and be waiting for a potential suitor to knock on your doors?.

Age 35-40 is  very critical in the lives of single women and this is when they are faced with daisy situations. What will you do if you happen to be in that condition?.
