This website can be made lighter. A movie can be replaced for flash video. I skipped the intro because it was taking a while to load but it can be made better. Better still, if the video is just objects moving around, consider using CSS3 animations

Look into reducing the degrees of freedom of your transitions. I see on the main menu that you have a hover-triggered animation that increases the width and height of the submenu simultaneously. Reducing this to a drop-down menu will make it more state-of-the-art professional; but I like your creativity on this one still.

Moving the breadcrumbs (links that keep track of the user's progress on the page i.e. Home >> About Us) to the bottom of the page would help bring your content into focus and reduce the tendency of clients jumping from one page to another without grabbing the information you want to pass across.
