Niger's government has said that members of the Gaddafi regime seeking refuge in the West African nation will not be turned back to Libya without guarantees for their safety.

Gaddafi was killed in his hometown of Sirte on Thursday, eight months into an uprising that put an end to his 42-year dictatorship.

On Tuesday, Gaddafi and his son Mo'tassim were buried in a secret location in the country's Sahara desert, Abdel Majid Mlegta said.

Saif is still young a man exposed to lavish lifestyle  - I dont think he can forever dodge the long arm of the law.  No country on planet earth will harbour HIM. Niger republic have already stated they are committed to International treaties. Who GO see wahala and enter am. Saif is a gonner -it is just a matter of time. in the first few minutes of the video he is alive and has NO BEARD just a moustache and one side of his face (the left handside) is completely covered in blood, later on in the same video he is lying on the floor apparently dead but hey presto! this time he's got a beard and a moustache and his face is completely clean - what happened to all that blood!!! - did those savages clean him up before placing him on the floor?
