Plantain flour is like yam flour, elubo. You turn it in hot water on fire like yam flour & eat with vegetable or draw soup. |

looks and tastes like the yam flour but i prefer the yam more. nutritionists recommend it for diabetic patients and senior citizens in general cos its made with unripe plantain. me, i'm not really feeling it  |
