what is African mentality?

1. every problem is caused by the enemies,
2. every cat is a witch,
3. every bird that fly at night is a witch (including owls),
4. government must provide everything,
5. brags about age,
6. wanting to show off at parties and occasions,
7. believes God will do everything even if he/she doesn't make effort.
8. Satans is ugly and black with horns,
9. whites are ahead of us(we only admit defeat, we are ahead at our own things),
10. every rich person stole money,
11. one day - e go better! (many had died waiting)

This is funny and mostly true but the God thing is exclusively a Nigerian belief and it drove me nuts in my husband until I drove it out of him.

Additions:

-Govt property is nobody's property
-As a leader, you must subdue your subjects to assure yourself that you are the boss
- Wear the most expensive wristwatches, but attend occassions late (African Time)
- Don't speak evil of the dead.
