My brother, God will punish everyone involved in this scam accordingly. King Uwemedimo collect our hard earned money chop and enrich him family then come die go without anything for us to show for it. They keep telling us all sort of stories from season to season, year to year and till today nothing. People sold their properties to invest on this and today, biting thier fingers in regret is what they all do. We even at some point heard that Mobil oil company had paid some amount of money to Uwemedimo. Who knows if that was actually true?

We shall all be judged by God accordingly.

I had an opportunity of talking with a relation of King Uwemediho and he made some points very clear to me. 1.. There is a serious dispute between the family of the Late King and the so called Comandclem managers, which the formal claimed the managers mislead the King. 2.. The withdrawal of the case from the supreme court was done with a full consent of the King's family who believe that the King was old and could die anytime. 3.. The case is withdrawn and had remained withdrawn. 4.. The family had refused to recognise the kangaro board of directors which is formed by some greedy managers to continues to collect registeration money whereas The King family has warned them to stop any form of registeration since the winning of the case is no longer certain as the king is now late...... May The Lord deliver us from the hand of the wicked.

Patentees Agitate For A New Hearing Date
Following
The Suspension Of JUSUN Strike

Content
(1.0) Introduction
(2.0) History Gallery Of CCNL`s Appeal In The Supreme Court
(3.0) The Need To Appreciate The BOD Members And Staff Of CCNL In The Course To Finalize The Appeal
(4.0) Conclusion

(1.0) Introduction
(1.1) The Patentees who have invested in the patented invention of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, RP:13522, have been agitating seriously for a new hearing date to entertain the outstanding motions with respect to patent right infringement appeal (SC./69/2011) against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited ongoing in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(1.2) It is on records that on 3rd of November, 2014, Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed (CJN) adjourned the hearing of all the outstanding motions to 19th of January, 2015 following an oral application made by CCNL`s Leading Legal Counsel, (Aiku Bamidele SAN) to effect the substitution of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo names in all the applications filed before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(1.3) Unfortunately, on 19th day of January, 2015, a day set aside to entertain those motions, clashed with the nationwide strike of the Nigerian Judiciary Workers.

(1.4) The nationwide industrial strike embarked upon by JUSUN was officially suspended in the Federal Courts only in Nigeria not excluding the Supreme Court of Nigeria on 26th of January, 2015.

(1.5) Sequel to the suspension of the industrial strike embarked upon by JUSUN on 26th of January, 2015, there have been agitations and outcries among patentees requesting for a new hearing date to finalize a fifteen-year-old case against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited over an unauthorized use of the patented invention of King Professor Emeritus CJA Uwemedimo.

(2.0) History Gallery Of CCNL`s Appeal In The Supreme Court

(2.1) Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed (CJN), acknowledged that the Supreme Court of Nigeria has been over burdened with high volume of appeals in a Public Dialogue organized by Nigeria Bar Association, few weeks ago, when he said,

“The court registry is currently burdened with over 5,000 appeals, and the panels of justices are still hearing appeals filed in 2005”

(2.2) From the above statement of Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed (CJN), it is obvious that appeals filed 10 years ago (2005) in the Supreme Court of Nigeria have not been concluded by the Judges in view of the fact that the court has been over burdened with high volumes of appeals.

(2.3) Despite those outrageous numbers of pending appeals seriously begging for hearings before the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the Honourble Justices had fixed appeal of CCNL versus Mobil Oil (cool eight times as stated below

(2.3.1) 10th of July, 2012: Mobil Oil totally failed to appear in the Supreme Court, and Justice Aloma (CJN) subsequently adjourned the appeal to 29th of January, 2013

(2.3.2) 29th of January, 2013: Supreme Court made an error to assign the appeal to Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs , who delivered ruling in the Federal court of Appeal between CCNL and Mobil Oil. Note, a judge cannot sit on his own appeal. Justice Aloma (CJN) apologized for the error, and she subsequently adjourned the appeal to 8th of April, 2013.

(2.3.3) 8th of April, 2013: Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed granted the Cross Appeal filed by Mobil Oil, and the Amended Brief Of Argument filed by CCNL.

(2.3.4) 30th of October, 2013: Justice Tanko Mohammed ruled in the Inner Chamber of the Supreme Court On Accelerated Hearing Motion filed by CCNL, and subsequently adjourned the appeal to 5th of May, 2014.

(2.3.5) 5th of May, 2014: Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) dismissed the Appeal of CCNL on an alleged notice of withdrawal purportedly written by Tony Ukam (Former CCNL Lawyer) but filed by Pastor Monday (Ex-Staff of CCNL), and Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) subsequently adjourned the Cross Appeal to 7th of October, 2014.

(2.3.6) 7th of October, 2014: Court was unable to sit on any motion because 7th of October, 2014 clashed with Muslim Festival, and subsequently the court re-fixed the appeal to 3rd of November, 2014.

(2.3.7) 3rd of November, 2014: The death of the King was communicated to the Court. In view of the fact that a dead person cannot sue or be sued, Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed (CJN) subsequently adjourned the appeal to 19th of January, 2015 to effect the substitution of names of the King.

(2.3.cool 19th of January, 2015: Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria were unable to entertain any motion because of JUSUN strike unfortunately clashed with 19th of January, 2015.

(3.0) The Need To Appreciate The BOD Members And Staff Of CCNL In The Course To Finalize The Appeal.

(3.1) It is on record that CCNL filed its Appeal in the Registry of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in the year 2011, and the Appeal in question had been fixed for hearing (cool eight times in the history of the case.

(3.2) There are appeals filed in year 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010 in the Registry of the Supreme Court of Nigeria that might have not been fixed for hearing up to (cool eight times.

(3.3) Patentees of Comandclem Nigeria Limited should appreciate the concerted efforts of the entire Board of Directors, and staff in CCNL in their day to day struggles to finalize the appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(3.4) We have the understanding that Patentees have invested for years in the Patented invention of CCNL without any return on their investment, but Patentees should as well appreciate the Management of CCNL for all the efforts put in place to finalize the case in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(4.0) Conclusion

(4.1) It is the sole responsibility of the Supreme Court of Nigeria to fix hearing date for cases listed before it as demonstrated by Honourable justices Uwa in the case between Bajoga v. Government, F.R.N.2007, when he said and I quote him verbatim.

It is the court`s duty to fix hearing date of the motion on notice after granting leave. An applicant has no role to play in the fixture of such hearing dates.
Per: Justice Uwa
Bajoga v. Government, F.R.N.2007

(4.2) From the above authority of Justice Uwa, it is obvious that the fixing of hearing date for cases before a court of competent jurisdiction is not the duty of any litigant but the responsibility of the court.

(4.3) Asking me (Yusuf Nurudeen) or The Board Of Directors in CCNL to fix hearing date for a case before The Supreme Court of Nigeria is like asking us to take over the responsibility of the court.

(4.4) As the court pleases, & on the discretion of the court, the court shall notify The Board Of Directors in CCNL the next or new hearing date of suit sc./69/2011 through an instrument of the court called HEARING NOTICE.

(4.5) The moment a new hearing notice is issued by the court, I shall notify all the CCNL Patentees on the social media.

(4.5) Thanks for your understanding.

(3.0) The Ruling of Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu On Motion Ex-parte

(1.0) Fundamental Facts Of The Case

(1.1) On 23rd of February, 2015, a team of policemen headed by ASP Charles Abassi,( A Police Officer attached to the Zone 6 (Calabar) Headquarters Of The Nigeria Police Force), Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (The Dismissed General Manager of CCNL) , and Innocent Ita (A Thug of Pastor Monday Obo Akpan) stormed the Head Office of Comandclem Nigeria Limited situated at number 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo, when the Board of Directors` Meeting was about to commence, and subsequently arrested the Executive Secretary and The Head Of The Legal Team of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo, without any warrant of arrest and police invitation, and drove him to C- Division of the Nigeria Police, Uyo, before he was finally detained at the Zone 6 Police Headquarters Calabar.

(1.2) The Director of Admin in the Board of Directors of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Prince Ajamu Sunday, would have been arrested and detained as well, but he was very fortunate enough to have arrived at the venue of the BOD`s Meeting very late due to an unexpected delay of flight from Lagos to Uyo.

(1.3) In the petition deposited at the Zone 6 Police Headquarters Calabar, written by the Solicitor of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, etc alleged that,
(A) Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo has been impersonating as the Executive Secretary of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, and equally attempting to hijack the company,
(B) Prince Ajamu Sunday in 2011 sold one of the company’s vehicles.

(2.0)Jesse Daniels And Ajamu Sunday Filed A Motion Ex-Parte For The Enforcement Of Their Fundamental Rights

(2.1) On 9th of March, 2015, Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo and Prince Ajamu Sunday filed a Motion Ex-parte (FHC/UY/CS/61/15) before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court Uyo Judicial Division Of Nigeria praying the court for
“AN ORDER directing Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo ,etc to stay all actions pertaining to the subject matter of this suit, particularly invitation, arrest and/or detention of Prince Ajamu Sunday; or further arrest and/or detention of Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo, pending the determination of the substantive Motion on Notice already filed before this court”

(2.2) The motives behind the arrest and detention of Jesse Daniels Onuigbo by Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and ASP Charles Abassi (etc) were born out of pure malice in the desperation of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and his cohorts to forcefully and unlawfully push Jesse Daniels Onuigbo And Ajamu Sunday out of the company for their own selfish interest.

(2.3) Instead of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo ,etc to institutes a legal suit/action before a court of competent jurisdiction over the allegations in the petition deposited at the Zone 6 Police Headquarters Calabar, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and Pastor Monday Obo Akpan adopted ASP Charles Abassi, a police officer attached to the Zone 6 Calabar Headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force, to intimidate and harass Jesse Daniels Onuigbo And Ajamu Sunday so as to forcefully push them out of the company for their own selfish interest.

(3.0) The Ruling of Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu On Motion Ex-parte

(3.1) On 11th of February, 2015, Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division of Nigeria, restrained Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, ASP Charles Abassi Innocent Ita, etc, from Arresting And Detaining The Executive Secretary of CCNL, Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo , And Director Of Admin of CCNL, Prince Ajamu Sunday, when the court said and I quote.
“It is hereby ordered as follows,
(4) that the respondents (Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Queen Akon Uwemedimo) are hereby restrained from arresting and detaining the 1st and 2nd applicants (Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo and Prince Ajamu Sunday) on the subject matter of this suit pending the determination of the Substantive Application on notice.”

(3.2) Instead of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo ,etc to compliment and support the concerted efforts of patentees to defeat Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited by the Board of Directors appointed by Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo in a General Meeting of the Company held on the 15th day of May, 2013 at its Head Office at No. 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo, the duos decided the destroy the legacies and policies of the Late Chairman by adopting Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, The Dismissed General Manager of CCNL, and ASP Charles Abassi, a police officer attached to the Zone 6 Calabar Headquarters of the Nigeria Police Force, to intimidate and harass Jesse Daniels Onuigbo And Ajamu Sunday so as to forcefully push them out of the company for their own selfish interest.

(3.3) Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo and Prince Ajamu Sunday had filed a motion on notice before Justice Ijeoma L. At the moment the fight is between the King's family and the CCNL managers consequnce of greedness, while Mobil and patentees watch. The money collected from patentees has been grossly mismanaged. They now go after themselves with police and charging each other to court and demanding a wooping 100million naira for damages, leaving the case with Mobil. Could this be karma or a case of a house divided against its self.

CCNL versus Mobil Oil: Supreme Court
Re-Fixes Hearing Date To 2nd of June, 2015
To Entertain Outstanding Motions.

Content

(1) Introduction

(2) Statements of Prince Ajamu Sunday, Director Of Admin (CCNL Board Members)

(3) Conclusion

(1) Introduction

Pieces of information made available in the Legal Department Of Comandclem Nigeria Limited showed that the Honourable Justices Of The Supreme Court Of Nigeria has re-fixed the hearing of all the outstanding motions in the patent right infringement appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited from 19th of January, 2015 to 2nd of June, 2015.

(2) Statements of Prince Ajamu Sunday, Director Of Admin (CCNL Board Members)

While addressing The CCNL Staff and some Patentees in 4, Ogudu Road, Ojota, Lagos, on this latest development, The Director of Administration in the Board Member of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Prince Ajamu Sunday disclosed that;

“The Legal Department in Comandclem Nigeria Limited has just informed me that a new hearing date in the appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited ongoing in the Supreme Court of Nigeria has been re-fixed from 19th of January, 2015 to 2nd of June, 2015.”

“Few days to the death of The King, He spoke in parables to me, but I never understood him when he said to me that”

“Instead of Justice Onnoghen to dismiss my appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria based on a Notice of Withdrawal, which I never authorize, I would rather sacrifice my life for my appeal to continue in the interest of my Patentees and Nigerians who have invested in my patent in trust.”

Per: King Professor CJA Uwemedimo

- “King Professor CJA Uwemedimo being a patriotic and a detribalized Nigerian, He sacrificed his precious life to restore his dismissed appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria when He gave up the ghost on 18th of July, 2104. But thank GOD, he lives on because Comandclem Nigeria Limited cannot die being a juristic corporate entity. “ May the precious soul of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo rest in perfect peace, amen.

- “The most important of all the motions before the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria for adjudication on 2/6/2015 is The Restoration Application filed by Comandclem Nigeria Limited praying the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria to bring back to life the dismissed appeal of CCNL.”

“I implore all the Patentees of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, nationally and internationally, to set aside a day for fasting and prayer so as to see the favour of Almighty God with respect to the restoration of our appeal before the Honourable Justices Of The Supreme Court Of Nigeria.” Prince Ajamu Sunday disclosed.

(3) Conclusion

(3.1) It is on record that on 5th of May, 2014, Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) dismissed the Appeal filed by CCNL because of A Notice Of Withdrawal allegedly written by Professor Tony Ukam (Formal CCNL Counsel).

(3.2) Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) adjourned The Cross Appeal to 7th of October, 2014 but unfortunately, hearing was unable to hold due to Muslim Festival, and the appeal was subsequently adjourned to 3rd of November, 2014.
(3.3) On 3rd of November, 2014, hearings of pending motions were unable to hold owing to the fact that the death of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo was communicated to the court, and the court adjourned all the outstanding motions to 19th of January, 2015.

(3.4) On 19th of January, 2015, hearings of pending motions were unable to hold because of the fact that Judiciary Workers in Nigeria were on a nationwide strike.

(3.5) As a result of the above, and among other things, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria has re-fixed the hearings of all the outstanding motions to 2nd of June, 2015.

(3.6) Hopefully, after the conclusion of all the outstanding motions before the Supreme Court of Nigeria on 2nd of June, 2015, as the court pleases, the appeal may be adjourned to a new date only to entertain The Substantive Appeals after which the Honourable Judges have within 90 days to deliver final judgment as provided for in Section 294 (1) Of The Constitution Of The Federal Republic Of Nigeria, 1999 As Amended.

(3.7) Thanks for reading.
Congratulation in advance.

An Overview Of The Restoration Application
Fixed For Hearing On 2nd Of June, 2015 In
The Supreme Court Of Nigeria.

Content

(1.0) Introduction

(2.0) Issues To be Analyzed

(3.0) Conclusion

(1.0) Introduction

(1.1) It is neither new nor news that the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria had re-fixed the long awaited hearing date of an appeal involving Comandclem Nigeria Limited and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited from 19th of January, 2015 to 2nd of June, 2015.

(1.2) What Anti-Corrosive Vanguard considers as news are the arguments of the Legal Counsels of Mobil Oil and the counter arguments on the part of the Legal Counsels of CCNL with respect to the Restoration Application expected to be ruled upon by the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 2nd of June, 2015.

(2.0) Issues To be Analyzed

(2.1) In our subsequent publications, Anti-Corrosive Vanguard shall carry out in-depth analyses of the arguments of the Legal Counsels of Mobil Oil and the counter arguments on the part of the Legal Counsels of CCNL with respect to the Restoration Application before the Supreme Court of Nigeria to address the following issues.

(A) The cogent reasons why Pastor Monday Akpan (Ex-Staff of CCNL) filed A Notice Of Withdrawal to dismiss the appeal of CCNL in the Supreme Court Of Nigeria on 24th of March, 2011, having be dismissed by King Uwemedimo on 7th of February, 2011.

(B) The genuine reasons why CCNL Patentees in oversea and in Nigeria should set aside a day for fasting and prayer on the restoration of CCNL Appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria to be ruled upon on 2nd of June, 2015.

(C) Special Prayers for the legal team of CCNL leaded by Aiku Babatunde (SAN) and supported by Barrister Jesse Daniels (Executive-Secretary of CCNL)and Barrister Olakunle Faokunla.

(D) Reasons why patentees should support CCNL to finance operational and legal expenses associated with the hearing of CCNL appeal on 2nd of June, 2015 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

“The reason for this application is, as contain in the attached affidavit, because the said CTC of Certificate of Incorporation is needed for opening of an account”

(4) Pieces of information on the said attached affidavit, back-dated to 16th of January, 2014, exhibited a passport of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo with a signature of Late King Professor Emeritus CJA Uwemedimo suspected to be forged.

(5) The above crimes of perjury, forgery, and impersonation of Late King Professor Emeritus CJA Uwemedimo were suspected to have been perpetrated by Prince Reginould Uwemedimo with the help of Chidinma Akukwu Chambers, a Legal Practitioner & Notary Public in Abuja.

“Any person who, with intent to defraud any person, falsely represents himself to be some other person, living or dead, is guilty of a felony, and is liable to imprisonment for three years.”

(9) If found guilty of the above series of offences, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo stands a good chance of being imprisoned for a period of time not less than 20 years.

(10) An average Patentee of CCNL should express fear and concern on the integrity of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo when the expected royalty is finally realized from Mobil Oil.

CCNL Legal Counsels Disassociate Themselves From
A Fraudulent Restoration Application
Written And Filed By Professor Sodipo In
The Supreme Court Of Nigeria

(1) The Legal Counsels of Comandclem Nigeria Limited consisting of Babatunde Aiku (SAN), Barrister Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ., and Barrister Kunle Faokunla ESQ., have completely disassociated themselves from a new restoration application allegedly written and filed on the 25th day of February, 2015 by one Professor Bankole Sodipo in the case file of CCNL before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(2) The above pieces information was disclosed by the Leading Legal Counsel of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Babatunde Aiku (SAN), in a meeting held with the Directors, State Managers, Staff, and Patentees of Comandclem Nigeria Limited in his office on Monday, 4th of May, 2015.

(3) It was reported that on the 26th day of February, 2015, one Professor Bankole Sodipo was said to have filed a new restoration application in the case file of Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria contrary to the earlier restoration application filed by the Management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited on 11th of August, 2014.

(4) In the said new restoration application allegedly filed by one Professor Sodipo Bankole in the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the names of the Legal Counsels of Comandclem Nigeria Limited , Babatunde Aiku (SAN), Barrister Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ., were fraudulently included in the unauthorized restoration application without their permissions, contributions, and most importantly consent to that effect.

(5) In a telephone conversation with The Head Of The Legal Department Of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ; he reacted to the new restoration application allegedly filed Professor Bankole Sodipo in the supreme court of Nigeria as follows.

“-I am the lawyer on record with respect to the appeal of Comandclem Nigeria Limited against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (SC/69/2011) fixed for hearing on the 2nd of June, 2015 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

-My legal firm filed the Amended Appellants ` Brief of Argument before the lordship of the apex court of the land.

-Also, I filed the Cross Respondents` Reply Brief before the Supreme Court Of Nigeria.

-In the case file of Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria, the records are there; my legal firm filed the Appellants’ Reply Brief On Point Of Law.

-It is quite unfortunate that Professor Bankole Sodipo, who has not been employed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimo filed a new restoration application in the Supreme Court of Nigeria without my consent.

-He fraudulently included my name in the application. I am not a party to it." Jesse Daniels said.

(6) Professor Bankole Sodipo deliberately filed this new/fraudulent restoration application in the case file of CCNL in the Supreme Court of Nigeria to further kill the possible restoration of CCNL appeal fixed for hearing on the 2nd of June, 2015 in the apex court of the land; an appeal that was dismissed on 5th of May, 2014 due to a notice of withdrawal allegedly filed By Pastor Monday Obo Akpan after 76 days King Professor CJA Uwemedimo dismissed him as the General Manager in CCNL.

(7) On the 26th day of February, 2015, when the new/fraudulent restoration application was filed in the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, Prince Reginoiud Uwemedimo, and one Augustine Egbunmwo were said to have been sighted in the Registry of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(cool On the face of the new/fraudulent restoration application, one Augustine Egbunmwo, who is not a staff of CCNL but suspected to be an agent of Pastor Monday Obo Akpan signed an undertaking with the Supreme Court of Nigeria to serve Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited a copy of the new/fraudulent restoration application.

(9) Professor Bankole Sodipo has been advised to withdraw the new/fraudulent restoration application he allegedly filed on behalf of Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria because of the fact that King CJA Uwemedimo has never employed him as a counsel of CCNL.

(10) Comandclem Nigeria Limited is a God`s Project. Whosoever plans to destroy the good wishes of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo to Patentees and Nigerians should have a change of mind before it is too late.

(11) All the evil plans made by the enemies of Patentees and Nigerians against 2nd of June, 2015 hearing date in the Supreme Court of Nigeria shall be destroyed. Amen.

2nd of June, 2015 Hearing Notice:
Supreme Court Of Nigeria Invites Comandclem Nigeria Limited And Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited

Content

(1.0) Introduction

(2.0) An Interview With The Head Of The Legal Team Of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ

(3) Conclusion

(1.0) Introduction

(1.1) The Supreme Court of Nigeria has issued A New Hearing Notice to invite the Legal Counsels of Comandclem Nigeria Limited and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited to appear before it on the 2nd day of June, 2015 for the hearing of outstanding motions with respect to a patent right infringement on the intellectual property of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo patented Anti-Corrosive Special Paint: RP 13522, and breach of sole supplier status agreement between the parties.

(1.2) On the 3rd day of November, 2014, Honourable Justice Mahmud Mohammed (CJN) had earlier fixed the 19th day of January, 2015 to entertain the outstanding motions; the date which unfortunately clashed with the nationwide strike of the Nigerian Judiciary Workers on their agitations for financial autonomy.

(2.0) An Interview With The Head Of The Legal Team Of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ

(2.1) The Executive Secretary & the Head of the Legal Team of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ, was interviewed by one of the Marketing Manager of CCNL, Yusuf Nurudeen (ACA), on this latest development in reference to the new hearing date. Below is the content of the interview, happy reading.

CCNL Marketing Manager Asked A Question As Follows.

"What is the importance of a new hearing notice in an appeal before the Supreme Court of Nigeria, and most importantly, why a new hearing notice has been issued by the Supreme Court of Nigeria for the hearing of the appeal between CCNL and Mobil Oil on 2nd of June, 2015 despite the old hearing notice issued to that effect on the 19th day of January, 2015?
"

Rev. Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ Replied As Follows.

-The first question relates to the importance of hearing notice in a litigation before the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

-The importance of hearing notice is to invite parties most especially their legal counsels to appear before a court of competent jurisdiction on a particular date for the continuation of hearing of either outstanding motions or substantive appeal.

-The second question relates to the new hearing notice dated 2nd of June, 2015 despite the old hearing notice dated 19th of January, 2015.

-It is very true that the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria had issued 19th of January, 2015 to entertain all the outstanding motions in an appeal between CCNL and Mobil Oil.

-The Court was unable to sit on the said appeal on the 19th of January, 2015 owing to a nationwide strike embarked upon by the judiciary workers in Nigeria in quest for a financial autonomy.

-The rule of the court is that when a court is unable to sit on a particular appeal on a fixed date, the court shall notify parties of the subsequent adjourned date through an instrument of the court called hearing notice.

-In the case of CCNL and Mobil Oil, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court were unable to sit on the appeal on the 19th of January, 2015. And the court notifies us that the appeal has been adjourned to the 2nd of June, 2015.

-The above principle of law was demonstrated by Honourable Justice Nwodo (JCA) in an appeal between Okon versus Adigwe & Ors when the court said and I quote,

“The trial court was under a duty to notify the parties of the subsequent adjournment. Where a court adjourns a case beyond a date when the litigants have notice of hearing, the court must satisfy himself that there is compliance to the further service ordered, he must look at the affidavit of service or report by bailiff of court before proceeding with the trial.”

Per: Honourable Justice Nwodo (JCA) Page 29.
Parties: Okon versus Adigwe & Ors

(3.0) Conclusion

(3.1) On the 2nd of June, 2015 shall be the 9th times the Honourable Justices Of The Supreme Court Of Nigeria would issued hearing notice to entertain an appeal between Comandclem Nigeria Limited and Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited.

(3.2) Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria are expected to entertain the following motion on notice on the 2nd of June, 2015.

- Restoration Application

- Party Sought To Be Joined

-Time Extension To File The Cross Appellant Reply Brief

Restoration of CCNL Appeal:

Nolan O`Neal (Chairman Of Mobil Oil) And
The Legal Counsels Of Mobil Oil
Must Fail And Fall On The 2nd Of June, 2015.

(1) An average white man does not want an average black man to develop and survive in terms of experiencing financial freedom, economy independence, and economy sufficiency.

(2) The white race has dominated the Oil/Gas Industry, and telecommunication sub-sectors of the Nigerian economy to an extent that Nigerians workers have became beggars and slaves in their fathers` land to oil and telecommunication multinational firms established in the country.

(3) Bill Gate invented and patented his softwares (Microsoft Incorporated) to develop information technology across the world.

(4) The millions of dollars in terms of royalties have accrued to Bill Gate, realized from the users of his patented inventions, are being channeled towards the development of the America`s economy.

(5) In Nigeria, King Professor CJA Uwemedimo invented Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, but he was denied the multi-billion dollar royalty expected to be accrued from this invention traceable to corrupt judges being manipulated by this oil giant.

(6) American Government celebrates Bill Gate while Nigerian Government abandoned King Professor CJA Uwemedimo to fight lonely for his unpaid royalty until he died on the 18th of July 2014.

Nigerians, most especially CCNL Patentees must continue to fight legally to ensure that justice is done to Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(7) Before the death of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo, his appeal before the Supreme Court of Nigeria had been dismissed because one Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (Ex-General Manager of CCNL) filed a notice of withdrawal to discontinue the appeal before the apex court of the land.

(cool Information before the Supreme Court of Nigeria shows clearly that Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (Ex-General Manager of CCNL) who filed the notice of withdrawal on the 24th of March, 2011 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria had been dismissed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimo on the 7th day of February, 2011.

(9) The arguments of Nolan O`Neal (Chairman of Mobil Oil) and the legal counsels of Mobil Oil- Eyimofe Atake , and Mike Ozekhome etc have been that,

-“Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (Ex-General Manager of CCNL) filed the notice of withdrawal but he deliberately failed to serve them a copy of the said notice of withdrawal.”

- “The Supreme court of Nigeria should not restore CCNL Appeal because it has ceased to exist for being withdrawn.”

(10) The arguments of the legal counsel of CCNL, Barrister Revered Jesse Daniels Onuigbo ESQ before the Supreme Court of Nigeria have been that,

-“Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (Ex-General Manager of CCNL) has no authority, permission, consent of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo to file a notice of withdrawal."

-“That on the 24th of March, 2011, when Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (Ex-General Manager of CCNL) filed the notice of withdrawal, he had no administrative and legal capacities to act on behalf of CCNL because he had been dismissed as far back as on 7th of February, 2011, even published in the Liberation News Paper of 13th April, 2011 at page 2, as a Notice to the whole world”

(11) On the 2nd of June, 2015, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria shall make a categorical pronouncement on the restoration application filed by CCNL.

(12) Either Nolan O`Neal (Chairman Of Mobil Oil), Eyimofe Atake, Mike Ozekhome like it or not, by the special grace of Almighty God/Allah, the appeal of CCNL shall be restored, and Mobil Oil will fail & fall on the 2nd Of June, 2015 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(13) All the efforts of Patentees shall not be in vain. Amen.

2.1 It does not matter the kind/type of presentation, prayerful preparation prevents poor performance (Proverbs 3:6)

As God through prayer, cause king Ahasuerus to tell Esther that her petition would be granted even to the half of the kingdom, so shall all the CJs of the supreme court of Nigeria in unity of heart tell CCNL that their request would be performed (Esther 7:2).

Note:
This prayer can break protocols, Mobil can be compelled to pay before 90days.

2.2 Whether Patentee or not, anybody ploting evil
against CCNL must be disgraced, as haman of the Bible their evil works must arrest them in the name of JESUS (Esther 7:10).

2.3 Psalm 121:8 THE ALMIGHTY GOD shall preserve, protect and grant journey mercies to all supporters and Patentees "to" and "fro" the supreme court in JESUS name,

Amen.
