I eat chicken about 3x a week, On the days when I am feeling fancy and rich, lmao,  I eat seared chicken.

6 chicken thighs (cleaned)

½ green peppers (chopped)

4 garlic cloves (minced)

½ onions (Chopped)

¼ cup coconut oil (substitute olive oil*)

1tsp salt

1 tsp each (Italian seasoning, rosemary, thyme) (A)

½ tspn ground black pepper

    Season the chicken with the salt, and all the spices listed in A. marinate for 4 hours

On the days when I am feeling poor, I eat GARRI AND CHICKEN which is awesome, i try not to fry my chicken, so I often just cook it in the oven.

Garri and chicken? That's a new one . . .I'm so going to try it.

At least twice a week. Not that much, i actually eat more beef than chicken.

About three to four times a week.

I like making chicken quesadillas because they are quick, easy, and yummy.

1 sweet yellow onion
1 Red pepper
A little salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning to taste
Chicken breasts 1-2 per person
Mexican mixed cheese or cheddar, mozzarella, and swiss cheese shredded
whole wheat tortillas

Cook the onions and peppers til nearly complete then add the chicken to sautee. Season it after it's complete. Meanwhile baked the tortillas in the oven on a cookie sheet. Add as much cheese as you can handle and wrap the chicken veggie mixed in the tortilla. I usually serve it with salted sweet peas.

tired of chicken. at some point, liked drumstick now i don't like that thing anymore. graduated to Authentic African Chicken AAC bored of it too.
the only chicken i eat is BWW and only Blazing pls (the most spicy thing you would come across. no talking while eating it. for undergraduate student of BWW, you'd sweat like christmas goat. for PG BWW, welcome to the club of expert!!

I love my accident prepared chicken, i named it that cause its fast
I use chicken fillet, add maggi, salt in a plate mix them together and apply it on the chicken
then place on the frying hot oil pan and fry

OR
OVEN COOKED CHICKEN
Ingredients:

4 large chicken breast cuts
Olive oil
Salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. While waiting for the oven, prepare the chicken meat
3. Utilize a 13×9 baking dish for the chicken. It can accommodate 4 to 5 pieces of large breast cut.
4. Pour a little olive oil at the bottom of the dish to prevent the meat from sticking.
5. Season the chicken on both sides. You can choose any seasonings of your liking. Great options include lemon peppers, Italian seasonings, or salt and pepper.
6. Once seasoned, put the chicken in the baking dish. Drizzle a little oil on top of the meat or spray with cooking spray. Butter will also do the trick.
7. Load the chicken breast in the oven. Be careful not to burn yourself. Allow to cook for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Afterward, use fork to turn the chicken over to the other side. Cook for another 20 minutes, to ensure that on both sides are properly done.
8. Check if the breast cuts are well done. Simply slice through the meat; it should not be pink in color.
9. Serve and don’t forget to enjoy its scrumptious taste.
10. You may pair the cooked chicken breast with mashed potatoes, vegetables or prepare gravy.

if you're eating it as often as it is cooked, your belly should have turned into a chicken
by now!

I eat chicken only on chrismas day. If xmas occurs five times a year i wil eat chicken five times that year, but unfortunately it occurs once in a year

I don't eat from fast foods shops like kfc or chicken & chips shop. There's halal pakistan shop next street to me they slaughter livestock animal. I usually buy my chicken there same day killed chicken
