No big deal, can remember one or two of my ex's voluntarily doing it for me; though with one of them, it somehow seemed to coincide with the morning after a very nice f, ck (sort of like a thank you gesture); she would clean the whole house from top to bottom, ending up with the car in the garage - even so I never failed to be impressed or moved by the gesture and of course I always made sure she knew.
