WAYS TO CURB BOKO HARAM:

1. Study the composite of the explosives and ban such explosives within the Northern whether for legitimate use, after all, its legitimate users who sale at exhorbitant rates to militants.

2. Each state of origin should as a matter of policy rehabilitate their indigenes outside the BH States and re-deployment elsewhere. When BH sees no alien to hurt, they may be hurt their indigenes and become less popular amongst their kindred.

3. Cover operations should be deployed by the Nigerian Security Council (NSC) with spies and double agents moving in and opening bars and restaurants in BH States. These bars, which should number about 100 in each of these states should be equipped with listening devices and cameras for virtual and audio recognition.

4. Suspected Militant sponsors, need not be caught in the act, cos you wont, simply plant use US tactics, plant drugs in their homes or offices and arrest them and send them to jail.

5. Once funding dries up, terrorism becomes handicapped and less interesting. CBN should bar withdrawal and deposit of cash above 1m in any of the BH States. The rich boys will cry foul and there will be in fighting and pointing fingers.

6. Did you notice that I recommended no military or gun operations, yes. In this era, the pen (intelligence is mightier than the sword).
