In a daredevil operation that lasted 30 minutes starting @ about 2:40 pm local time, heavily armed robber invaded Okene Local Government Area in Nigeria. The only operational Armoured Personel Carrier of the Okene command of the Nigerian Police Force was bombed, all police officers (except one protecting Zenit Bank) fled for their dear lives, UBA building was bombed and robbed, GTB robbed, Intercontinental bank touched, at least 4 lives were lost while some people were injured from stray bullets. The operation appears connected with the robbery operation yesterday @ Gbede police station in which the police station was bombed and a bank robbed. According to eye witness account, the robbers in a convoy of 3 buses sprayed naira while exiting the town through Okengwe route after the daredevil operation which sacked the Police,
