Pimples can be hard to control, but there are a few things you can do to reduce breakouts and have clearer skin. The most important thing you can do to keep your skin clear is wash your face every morning and every night. Aside from daily cleansing, there are plenty of other tricks to reducing pimples and soothing inflamed skin.
1. Choose the Right Products suitable for your skin type
Using the wrong skin care products can really exacerbate your pimples problem. Make sure any cleanser, toner, moisturizer or other product you are using is appropriate for your skin type. If you have oily skin, avoid using oil-based moisturizers, for example. Try using an exfoliating scrub once a week to remove dead skin and clear blocked pores a natural scrub is making a thick paste with Baking soda and water. Never use any astringents or soap-based cleansers as these can strip your skin and cause more oil production.
2. Change Your Pillowcase
Oil from your face can rub off on your pillowcase at night, accumulating over time. Change your pillowcase frequently to avoid picking up extra oil, and extra pimples, overnight. Also, always use a clean towel to dry your face the, the best option is getting a special towel for your face. If you wear makeup, try changing the applicator brushes you use more often and make sure to remove your makeup before bed every night. Keeping your hair pulled back from your face, especially if your hair is oily, can help clear a breakout as well.
3. Avoid Touching Your Face
Try keeping your hands off of your face at all times. Your hands pick up bacteria from every surface you touch, and this bacteria causes breakouts. Also, never pick or squeeze a pimple or blackhead. This will only cause it to become irritated and inflamed and most likely make your breakout spread.
The key to achieving this is keeping an oily free face and also improving your personal hygiene, have a lot of rest, and drink a lot of water too.

Skin MD Natural turns the outer layer of skin into what works like an invisible pair of gloves to keep the skin's own natural moisture in and the moisture robbing elements and irritants out. It was especially formulated for the face but our first 1000 test subjects and customers convinced us it was also an outstanding body and hand lotion.

Skin MD Natural has the most full and transparent disclosure of actual ingredients in the skin care industry, and we are currently serializing these on our Facebook page.

Skin MD Natural is an alternative to conventional moisturizing lotions and protective creams. Conventional lotions only attempt to replace natural moisture with artificial moisture but they don't really work because they constantly come off and must be frequently reapplied. They also send the wrong message to your skin that it is being adequately moisturized when it is not.

Skin MD Natural also has a fantastic new humectant (an ingredient that pulls in moisture from the air). Skin MD Natural's humectant pulls in 6 times the amount of moisture than the best humectant that was available prior to our introduction.

Skin MD Natural is also vital for those people who work with their hands who know they should be wearing gloves but do not or cannot or, gloves cause them skin irritation. If you know you should be wearing gloves but are not - at least apply Skin MD Natural. Here is a video that may be of interest to you. It shows Skin MD Natural protecting skin from rock-dissolving acid.

Shielding lotions, like Skin MD Natural, have also been prominently featured on the National Skin Care Institute's web site.
