I am seriously interested and need to find out

1) What documentation is available for its sale.
2) Has a survey been done to confirm that the land being sold ties in with the information in the Gazette.
3) i know you say lagoon front but i am more interested in ones closer to the road like not too far in like the location of my current property believe you know location.
4) What is the additional fees or cost on top and what for.

@gabbytabby: Like I said, the land is gazetted and fully surveyed and yes it tallies with what is on the gazette. Land has deed of assignment and gazette. The only additional fees are my fees of course Besides that there is no other cost.
