Videos like this have been all over the internet for years. If you'd searched for "Nigeria" on youtube right after the original Boko Haram uprising in 2009, the first 6 or 7 results would have been videos of our policemen executing unarmed hausas in broad daylight with their faces clearly visible.

Typically, our useless government didn't see any need to caution or sack any senior policemen even when al Jazeera embarrassed us by showing some of these videos to the world. The only thing we've seen is the half-hearted prosecution of less than a dozen very junior policemen. And even that is unlikely to go anywhere judging from the vibes we've been getting from those involved.
