Thank you all for showing interest in our product. First the way induction cooker work is similar to how hotplate works but it works differently. It will be plug in a normal socket,within 30 seconds it begin to hot.However, the induction cooker has about 12 soft touch button which is digital. For example if you want to cook rice it has a timer, increase,decrease function etc that means you can high or low your cooking with the touch of a button .The surface of the cooker is a ceramic glass,you just put your flat pot on it, bam! you start cooking. ok, i think the power rating is not bad at all. i heard that induction cookers don't work well on ordinary aluminium pots except stainless steel, is that true? |

IT is true that some induction cooker only work on stainless steel but this can also work on aluminum if it has a flat bottom |
