i hope you can help Nollywood script writers improve on the "repetitive boring garbage" storyline they bring out, day in and day out!

Hello again.

Rated E is on the lookout for talented screenwriters who can possibly join our creative team in 2012. We are currently networking with screenwriters across Nigeria to see who measures up to the task. This is a major undertaking because we've discovered Nollywood scripts don't adhere to standard screenplay format, and most Nigerian screenwriters don't know what a standard screenplay looks like! Other things we look for include story structure, character development, and originality.

All through January, Rated E will be accepting amateur scripts for evaluation by our script consultation service, so we know who's on track to becoming a professional screenwriter. If you think you'd like to have any of your scripts evaluated, you can send in a sample (this could be 5-10 pages or a short script no more than 30 pages). We will let you know what you are doing wrong and how to fix it. If we think you know your stuff already, you'll be short-listed for any potential scriptwriting duties that come up in the future, of which you'll recieve commission for the job and screen credit.

THIS IS NOT A SCREENPLAY COMPETITION! IT IS AN EVALUATION OF YOUR WORK TO SEE IF YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO MAKE IT AS A PROFESSIONAL SCREENWRITER!

We've done the reasearch and discovered that Nigeria has no current structure in place for emerging filmmakers, let alone creative writers!

Rated E aims to re-energize Nigerian/African cinema by bringing together the best talent we can find to tell our stories from our perspective. To be affiliated with Rated E means you stand for change and excellence! I'll be posting updates on the website: www.ratedeproductions.yolasite.com. To inquire about service rates or if you think you have what it takes to join our team, drop us a line: ratedeproductions@hotmail.com.

As always, best regards, and keep on writing.
