The president and Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Goodluck Ebele Jonathan,has just addressed the nation and he has imposed a state of emergency on the restive local Governments in Borno, Yobe, Plateaue and Niger states where the activities of Boko Haram are most prevalent. Will that solve the problem? |
