Or u can change ur chair, bed sitting posture etc. I used to have terrible backpain in school. Then I noticed that whenever I used my roommate's chair it stopped. My chair had no back.
Consider such physical things before u go for any kinda treatment.

It may be a result of being overweight , back strain or having a big pot belly. Go for a check up.
