Pls my whats app automatically connect after exitin an its connect to an access point dat come as default with my nokia E71 named 3DS (access point)

Install netqin antivirus or netqin mobileguard then set whatsapp as untrusted in the netqin settings so whatsapp won't autostart again, but u'd have defeated the purpose of installing it, why not just subscribe to a monthly data plan?

@op, Check d connection time out in d application settings nd remove any extra timing.

Also as concerning the APN that couldn't be deleted, if it permits modification instead, you may edit the access point to that which ur network uses. i strongly believe a hard reset of Ūя̲̅ phone will clear out these settings tho. Good luck!
