They just passes a tenure of 5yrs for registra and extra 1 yr based on merit if he/she performs well

The Senate has approved the increment of the retirement age of lecturers from 65 to 70 years. Also an additional one year can be approved in the case of exceptional academic qualities

SO ASUU SHOULD CALL OFF THE STRIKE BEFORE I OPEN MY EYE

They've just implemented part of dia negotiations so the strike may still tarries. . . What about the funding part? Increasing the age is not the only reason why ASUU fights. . . So FG still av more to do to satisfy ASUU
